El Pollo Loco - Edinburg

Bad service this time, the cashier didn't speak Spanish well and I had to wait 35 minutes for the ? chicken to come out, I had to go somewhere else

Always clean always fast I really enjoy coming here for chimken.

Second time coming here and it is the worst pollo loco. Minimally served both times. 1st time I got the family pack and this time the pollo bowl for my family. The general manager , a lady, was the one who was serving and she was telling the staff how it should get done. I saw her spreading the chicken. Since I got it for take out I didn't check until now how miserable she was with every plate. Literally just a few pieces spread to cover with chicken. she also did not seem friendly with her staff or with customersLast time I will be coming to this pollo loco. I feel for all those who come here for lunch. I had gotten blood work and with this small plate it was ridiculous.Spend your money at another place

We ordered through drive thru and ordered a family meal with three large sides. When we got home we saw that the containers were half full and they gave us the wrong chicken. We were also overcharged! I spoke to the manager on duty which she informed me that the reason they filled the side of containers half full was because the GM was getting after them because the containers were being filled to the top! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! How are we to feed our family of five if we are being scammed out of food!

Employees were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious ?
