Kyle is amazing! He’s a charming and attractive bartender who serves up reasonably priced drinks with flair. I highly recommend this place for a fun night out!

It's a bar—nothing more, nothing less. There's nothing particularly unique or special about it; it allows smoking and doesn't have a kitchen because, well, IT'S A BAR! That said, it can get quite busy during happy hour, featuring some good specials. Navigating the place can be tricky at times (does Edinboro even have fire codes?). The atmosphere is dingy and dive-like, making it a decent spot just to drink and socialize. Later in the night, it tends to quiet down, which makes it a nice place to grab one last drink with someone before ending the evening.

Boro Bar exceeded my expectations! They offer affordable drinks, great music, and friendly people. Be sure to try the "Whop Me Down" drink – it definitely packs a punch!

I enjoyed this place much more when I smoked cigarettes, because that is this bar 's greatest asset: you can smoke cigarettes inside. I believe this is the last bar in Edinboro that still allows smoking inside. It is dark, loud (or nearly silent, but rarely in between), smoky, and don 't even get me started on the bathrooms. Gack! If you are here, you are probably a smoker, a student, low on money, or all of the above. If you are just visiting town, consider literally any other bar in the area.

Probably the worst bar in Edinboro. It's s over crowded it takes 10-15 minutes to even get to the bar. And if you're asthmatic or just cant stand the smell of smoke, it's even worse. It's not worth my time to wait 10 minutes to be waited on, pay $7 for a drink, and only have 2 sips cause the cups are that small.
