Tavern On France - Edina

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I loved the menu, the dining room, the service, and the overall atmosphere. However, what really stood out for me was my dinner of ginger tuna. It was cooked perfectly rare and seasoned just right. My friend also enjoyed her fish tacos.

The food was good, and the service was decent, but there's a known issue with the air conditioning vent dripping onto the tables in the bar area. It's really unpleasant to have water dripping on our food. Additionally, the window blinds were dirty and covered in dust and cobwebs, which didn't contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. It's disappointing that these environmental factors were overlooked.

I visited a few days ago and had a wonderful experience! The waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes, and everything was delicious. They also have a solid selection of cocktails, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely go back!

The food was good. the appetizer was great. the service was decent. I sat on a table with a ventilation that I and the seat back with water during the meal. the two young women at the front. no apologies, was just said, yes, that was happening. nice. table next to us also had to send a part of their order back because of a mistake. will choose another place when we come back to bloomington.

The food was awful and overpriced. My husband bit into his fish sandwich and pulled out a good size bone. The bread on his sandwich was hard and inedible. My burger was filled with so many pieces of cartilage/bone that I couldn't take a bite without eating something hard. The music was so loud outside that we couldn’t even enjoy the patio. The restaurant looks nice but they are serving poor quality food.
