Starbucks - Edina

For one died it can't get worse. the people who do it cannot hire. go to the caribou over the road. much better experience coffee is just as good.

I ordered iced brown sugar oat milk expresso with light ice, but look at the amount of ice in this drink. Hardly amy oat milk in it. Don't mean to be a baby. But this is ridiculous . Starbucks come on... you can do better ,!! Stop ripping people off ?

Closed down the inside cafe and didn't bother to update app when people are ordering for pick up. Then had to wait in the drive thru line they weren't prepared for (20 min wait) to get it and it wasn't made properly.

I will NEVER go to another Starbucks. If I could give zero stars I would. First I was told about a year ago that I was not allowed to smoke in my own car. Starbucks when you make my car payment, you can tell me what to do in MY CAR. I have not been back to that one. Now today I went to a different one in Edina this one in fact and was refused service because I was paying with cash. Cash is a legal form of tender. It is illegal to refuse service to someone paying with cash. I will be looking into things about this bullhit.
