Smashburger - Edina

Great food. all kinds of burgers with a bit of everything for their pleasure. good prices. made fresh there. do not eat her typical fast, but this is eating that is quickly made for a quick meal. plus great riders and various sides that make their culinary experience even better. always great staff to take their order, and always great cooks work hard to make them a pleasant meal. come in and enjoy what they order. That's what it is.

The food was good and loved the location. the service was fast and attentive.

Originally loved eating and service when smash burger moved into the opposite. service remained top notch, but food quality went after the first two years. bugers became fatter and began to look crushed on the hate as if made in a hurry. fries began to taste excessively oiled and simply added to the greasy sense to the meal. had the sense that the staff was under too much pressure when they worked hard, but everything became humdrum routine in posture.

Eating was decent, service was okay, but only 3 stars since the waiting period was exaggerated. they were not so busy and it took 20 minutes to get us 3 sandwiches. I could go back if I'm not in a hurry to eat and go. I have the spicy jalapeno baja burger who was good, but not as juicy as her logo sounded it. it was good for $3 after the credit card.

The crispy chicken was terrible. It was almost rock hard and had the texture of someone blasting in the microwave too long. The sweet potato fries were mushy and tasted like they weren't cooked fully. The service was quick but rude. Staff seemed like we were interrupting them on a slow Thursday afternoon. The majority of the tables had empty baskets on them from not being cleaned or they had been cleaned and still had remnants of sauce and food bits everywhere. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
