I think you can only get a good service here if you are regular. I called my order in 20 minutes before arrival. The lady who took my order said it was 15-20 minutes. When I was there, she said it was upstairs. 20 minutes later she came with a bag and said here that you go, no mention of the over 40 minutes waiting for me to be on a 30-minute lunch break. I rushed to my car to get back to work and tipped my Styrofoam box just to find a burger, no pommes! I was still in the parking lot, so I went either for my fries or a possible partial refund. The woman who helped me was not apologetic at all. I told her I was wasting my lunch without eating, but she wasn't. I also told her that I had no time to wait until Fritten was cooked. If they weren't ready, I needed a refund right away. Then she went back to the kitchen and returned only 10 minutes later with a small pommes, gave me the bag and left without word. For the first and last time I will visit this restaurant for bad service. Even the food was okay, but burgers cooked too much and dry. I should have turned to Sonic, where her company office offers training for customer service?

She was looking for a place for a quick bite as we were just here one night. This place was excellent. My wife had the Portobelloburger with steamed broccoli. I had the Taco salad. Both were very delicious. Good service and cheap. Can go wrong

Chelsea was great. So friendly so helpful. And the Indian Christmas taco was exactly what I needed for New Mexico food. Thanks for Oregon. Green Chilli was delicious

Eating is okay. Service stinks. The first time we were there, they sat, which must have been regular, who came after us. We then had to stand there while they all played somehow that it wasn't with us. Today we gave it another shot. First we were greeted with empty stars, then my order was wrong (ordered eggs, meat toast and got a burrito). As soon as my order arrived, I had to wait for a part until that time all the others had completed. Ten minutes. The rest of the order came and that was the last we saw from our server. Finally, someone else had to hunt to check us and she didn't even know where our server went. I think they had a manager, but he was too busy to beat flies with an electric jump during dinner.

The restaurant vibe feels like a episode of twin peaks. The food was also some of the lowest quality I've had. This may have been because the person cooking. The burgers were extra well done. The other meal tasted like it had expired. I will not be coming back here and assume most of the positive reviews are from seniors who have a loss of taste buds.
