Denny's - Edgewood

Been there twice in the last 2 weeks. First time I got seated. Waiter offered to get drinks for white people seated after me, and then offered to take their order. I never got a drink, or approached to order so I left. Tonight 3 employees walked past me, never acknowledged me or offered to seat me. After waiting several minutes I left. I guess they have a no Asian policy now.

I haven't been to Dennys in a while but it was just as good as I remembered. It's always lovely to see familiar faces. Latoya has worked there for years and it was nice to see she's still there with a friendly face and a positive attitude. I ordered the moons over my hammy minus the ham with fries and honey mustard sauce. Simple but delicious.

I was staying at a motel nearby so I decided to eat diner at Dennys. I was seated near the kitchen, there was music playing in the restaurant, but there was louder music in the kitchen. As I ordered one song was ending, the next song came on and in part of it was fu@k that bit@h and other language like that. At one point the manager told them to turn it down. Nothing happened, as soon as my food cam I move across the restaurant to a empty table. The waitress asked me why, I told her I wasn’t listing to that trash any longer. I didn’t move earlier because I was afraid they wold do something to my food. The waitress apologized and they knocked 10% off my order. As I left they still had music playing , the manager apologized but never said that it wold not happen again or that anything would be done about it. I contacted corporate and they said sooty about that come again. Well no I am done with Dennys. If you let employees do what they want it’s kind of scary what might be happening in the kitchens.

Worst experience ever simply came in to get ice cream for kids and me and fiance that 's it I was told me and my fiance couldnt get Jr ice creams because we 're adults never heard of being denied to order something because it says Jr makes no sense its literally just ice cream my autistic son just wanted goldfish off the menu as well and once again told by the waitress cant order that she said we had to order a meal i was just trying to get ice cream and a snack for my family as me and my family decided to leave the night Manager tonight Jan 18th 2023 around 8:45pm he decided to turn to another employee and said as we were walking away can 't even afford food why you coming in here but all we asked to order was ice cream and goldfish it 's on the menu why cant we order it . You do not treat anyone let alone a customer like that when I got back home I called up to try and get his name he refused saying he did nothing wrong and I assumed he said something and continued to say I was wrong then hung up. Will be calling corporate tomorrow I won 't allow that mistreatment manager doesn 't need his job doesn 't know how to treat people and the fact that I ordered what I ordered at another dennys before shows exactly how wrongfully mistreated we were .

Love going to Denny's with my Dad. We have her a Good tip. As she was a good waitress
