Tilford's Pizza At Edgewater Public Market

We just wandered through the Edgewater Public Market to check it out. It is a super cool space that offers a huge variety of restaurants, breweries, local retail space, and personal services like a barber and tattoo parlor. The space is open andinviting and is a lot of fun to just hang out there.

If you?re at the edgewater marketplace you MUST go to these three places 1) GLADYS (vegan restaurant) 2) AREPAS HOUSE 3) STALK MARKET CO. (A plant store) Gladys is my favorite place to go for Vegan food! The chef has a true talent of making great,healthy, vegan food that makes you go back for seconds. The menu is constantly changing to be better, and so that you alwayshave something new to try. I can?t recommend this place enough. The marketplace in general has a great vibe and atmosphere. Ibelieve everyone should experience it.

This food court is fantastic! It's an ideal spot for groups, where everyone can select their own unique meal and then gather to enjoy it together. Although there are plenty of tables, it can get quite noisy. You'll find a diverse array of options, from vegan dishes to Ethiopian food, Venezuelan Arepas, pizza, and ice cream. I had a great experience at Gladys and really enjoyed my meal. If you're looking for a quieter experience, there are some more peaceful tables down the hall. The market also features some charming shops, including one where you can refill your own containers with a variety of soaps and other products. I just wish there was something similar in other parts of the Denver area and back home in Michigan!

This place offers an incredible array of choices. Each restaurant focuses on its own specialties, allowing you to enjoy everything from pizza and chicken sandwiches to sliders. The bar boasts a wide selection of drinks, and don't miss out on the delicious desserts, like chocolate chip cookies. There's ample seating, and the decor is well done. Additionally, there are some shops located behind the restaurants where you can pick up a few things.

This place is truly a hidden gem and one of the standout experiences from our recent trip to Denver. It's hard to imagine a more intriguing and varied selection of shopping and dining options. We enjoyed a few relaxed hours browsing the shops and ended our day by trying vegan dishes inspired by three different continents: Africa, South America, and Europe. It's definitely a spot you should make a point to visit on your next trip to Denver!
