Peggy's Country Kitchen - Edgewater

The house has made chicken soup! Very tasty, and fill. Beautiful size shares, cheap prices and friendly staff! As for the other person who speaks of security precautions, they are there. It had nothing to do with food. Picture below is the slice of carrot cake, WOW is all I can say.

Had a very tasty cottage cheese, tuna and chicken salad with tomatoes/crackers and red wine and salad oil. My cousin went with Patty Malt and Fries. Sweet tea with lemon and diet to drink Cola. Kindness

Very pleasant experience! I am. This area often and I was very excited to find a little diner. The food was great, the coffee was fresh and the waitress was upstairs. Wake up and start the day!

Like it says it's a homey place with nice people serving good food. They have a lot of specials on the board. Love the garlic butter chicken with pierogies! You get big portions for a good price. Update: They now have an all you can eat salad bar for lunch and dinner menu items.

The breakfast was terrific and the server, Stephanie, was super accommodating! Will recommend to others! I had their Country Benedict tasty twist to sausage gravy biscuits plus you get the eggs and MORE sausage!!
