Me and my friend are high as balls and she is very particular about the way she likes her breadsticks so she gave a very descriptive example of how she wanted them at the drive thru and even tho we were lowkey annoying the guy at the window (bless his heart idk his name he was a homie fr was so nice and the breadsticks literally caused a tear to roll down her cheek it's like they were crafted by the gods, and they were: the gods that work at taco bell in west springfield ily all i think you all deserve a raise

Just came from here...the lady who took the order had such an attitude right from the jump, it was unpleasant. After I came home i saw the gordita i ordered had the full cardboard in the taco between the tortilla. Never had this issue till tonight. So unpleasant. THEY REALLY MADE THIS GORDITA WITH THE CARDBOARD.

Actually the breakfast combo is good! I love those Cinnabon bites and the Cinnabon coffee. I mix it with real coffee. Great stuff . Got the steak.

This place was incredibly slow in the drive thru both for taking our order and giving us our food. Then they didn't give us one of our items and they didn't give us any sauce we requested. Then when I went back in I was ignored for many minutes and then they sent me back for my receipt. When I came back in with it they made me wait all over again.

Tacos are soggy and the breadsticks be stale as hell
