Rare Steak Sushi - Eden Prairie

Best people working there. Need to get diet coke back on the taps!

Sat down, waited 10 minutes. No waitress showed up to give us a menu nothing. (They saw us, but too busy chatting away at the bar) Well left! The place seems like its in a gym, does not have a restaurant vibe at all. Just overall not great ambiance.

One star represent only that they do not offer all you can eat sushi but on website it still indicate they offered on Tuesdays.

Had an fantastic experience. Came in on a Tuesday night and found out that it was all you can eat sushi for 30 dollars. Chefs Li and Yao did an excellent job. We will definitely make this a regular stop.

Great Sushi we got Shrimp Tempura and some other rolls, very impressed for being inside of The Lifetime Fitness
