The menu at this restaurant clearly indicates which dishes are vegan, and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to making vegan substitutions. I ordered the tofu scramble with ciabatta and potatoes for breakfast, and it was perfect - much better than other places that struggle to prepare tofu properly. The matcha latte was also fantastic, and I appreciated the option of hemp milk.

The restaurant offers over 20 vegan menu options that are clearly marked. The Veggie Wrap, which is vegan as is, was generously filled with ingredients and delicious. The sundried tomato aioli added a tasty kick to the wrap. It's important to note that the chips are not vegan, so be cautious when choosing a side. The Veggie Wrap pairs well with the Vegan Black Bean Chili for a satisfying lunch. Just be aware that the ciabatta and crackers served with the chili are not vegan. The fries are a vegan option and make a good side dish for other entrees. I appreciate that they provide malt vinegar and a variety of sauces and condiments for self-service, as well as free cold sparkling water on tap. Be sure to check out the daily specials, which are written by hand to the left of the menu board and may not be listed on the regular menu.
