Caribou Coffee - Eden Prairie

Comfortable location to pick up your coffee for the day. Wonderful staff!

I stopped by to try their cappuccino frappuccino, but the staff seemed a bit confused when I asked for it. When I explained what I wanted, they informed me that they couldn’t prepare it in a mixed or icy form. However, when I pointed to the icy option on their menu, they admitted it was a mistake they hadn’t noticed before. Seriously? I ended up ordering an icy mocha instead, but it wasn’t very good; it was a bit too sweet and bitter for my liking.

Very poor customer service at this station, I went 2 times and both times brew coffee was not hot. I'll never go to this station again...

Great coffee! Not burned like that unnamed competitor with the fish symbol. (I know, it's a mermaid or a siren, either way it's still not good.
