Contribuiți la feedbackOn 4/9/2024, I went in to the restaurant for a carry out order. When I got to the pickup area, there was a (not so) gentleman in front of me berating an employee, Mary Cantrell (who I believe is a manager). The man was angry that his card had been cut after he negligently left it at the restaurant. Ms. Mary explained numerous times the card was cut for his financial safety. Despite the male customer being a complete and total jerk and not being appreciative, Ms. Mary handled the situation professionally and as calmly as she could. Ms. Mary I applaud you for your patience. You’ve been there for years and I hope you continue to be there for many more.
Chaotic at busy .times ..I'm confused is a waffle fry supposed to be hard as a rock or soggy.
I was taken aback by the overwhelming smell of wet dogs in the location it was as if I were in a kennel. The place was overcrowded, and it made me feel anxious. I couldn't enjoy my meal, and to be honest, I was completely turned off. Chick fil A needs to address this issue as soon as possible to ensure that their customers have a positive experience.
Could not eat soggy fries not cooked to perfection like your app says,chicken was not fresh or hot,i don't see what the big hype is about,i was not impressed and still hungry,never again,sorry.
Always great food and service, I don't care for the way the drive through is set up to where if you want to pay cash they have to get a different person to take your payment. Not a big deal but it got a bit confusing because we had to wait for someone who could take cash to come.
