The King's Arms - Eden

We arrived at 1.30 to be told that they were closing at 2 and there was no food. No apology or explanation. I can understand that places are struggling with finding staff but there was absolutely no need to be rude.

During our holiday trip to nearby Skirwith, we made a stop at this restaurant. Despite being short-staffed, they were able to accommodate our group of 7 for lunch. We enjoyed a variety of meals, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, all of which were well-cooked and delicious. The server was extremely helpful and had a friendly personality, which enhanced our overall dining experience.

I visited this restaurant while staying in Temple Sowerby and had a lovely meal. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it.

Have stopped here a few times and it is great pub food nothing fancy just good honest grub at a good price

The choice of food was really good. It tasted home cooked. The bill was very reasonable including the drinks and dessert. We would highly recommend it for a relaxed meal.
