The breakfast we ordered was disappointing - the bacon was not cooked enough to be crispy, and the gravy looked more like whipped cream and lacked flavor. Although they did replace my cold food with a chicken biscuit, I was surprised that they still charged me for the original cold breakfast. It was a confusing and frustrating experience.

The breakfast we ordered was cold and the bacon was not crispy. The gravy we received resembled whipped cream and lacked flavor. After they took away the cold food, they replaced it with a chicken biscuit that was better. However, when I went to pay they charged me for the cold breakfast and gave me a cookie instead. This was quite disappointing.
