Fantastic BBQ food truck. They are in Menard to my knowledge on Tuesdays only and even then there are many Tuesdays they are not at their location. That being said when they are there the food is excellent from the brisket to the pulled pork. If you see them parked, stop in and try them!

Tatum and crew are a delight to work with. And, the food is out of this world.

We just had Second Hand Smoke for my grandmas 90th birthday. We had a large crowd. The food was AMAZING!! They were professional and everything went so well. I had seconds and thirds it was so good. Everyone was still talking about the food the next day.
