Drive thru took a while to get two coffees.they need to find a way to hurry

Went to get breakfast, my kids. I waited 23 minutes for 1 French toast order and a bacon biscuit. Never again will I go in the inside. The staff is so unorganized.

Waited for a long time before receiving our food. Menu boards were not functioning, stating they just needed someone to click start to finish their startup procedure. The front register was not functioning. Asked the employee why, she said the manager just needed to unlock it. Took about 20 minutes for that to finally happen. Burgers were cold and the fountain drinks needed adjustment as they were all overly carbonated lacking syrup. Seems to be typical with Hardee 's in the different cities we visit.

Food is always fresh at this one. You wait a few minutes but that's worth it when your food is cooked
