Let me first express how disheartened I was by the way we were treated. Rude doesn't even begin to describe our experience. It was clear that our presence was a nuisance to the person taking care of our table. He displayed a lack of patience for a larger group, and when he attempted to read the specials, he glared at us when one or two people spoke, as if he was offended by the interruption. His demeanor was unprofessional and off-putting, almost as if he saw us as misbehaving children. I felt embarrassed for having recommended this place to my family, especially since their first impression was shaped by this ignorant individual. He was inattentive to our needs, and when we made requests, it was evident that we were bothering him. At the end of the night, as we were finishing our conversation, he approached our table and began clearing it without any regard for our moment, all while yelling, “Okay.” We ended up spending nearly $800 for such unpleasant and rude treatment. Additionally, the food did not match the quality we remembered from our previous visit, which further solidified my decision not to return. I would suggest to the owners that if they're feeling burnt out, they should consider hiring some staff and staying in the kitchen. A simple smile and good service can make a world of difference. If you're looking for a warm and welcoming dining experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
