Portobello Cafe - Eddystone

Last weekend even together with 9 other family members, three who have never been here, had dinner here. We came because we enjoyed the food months ago, so we came back with the family. I'll never go back. The place I understand is managed by the owners and have no waiting staff at the place. They do everything. Let me first say that I was withdrawn as we were treated. Rude does not even begin to describe the treatment we receive. It was obvious that we were annoying to the one who was waiting for our table. He had no patience in dealing with a larger number of people and when he went to read the specials, he didn't just look angry at us because one or two people spoke and didn't realize he was there ready to read the specials he made that we heard him say I'm just reading once. As if we were children corrected by a parent. His demon was disgusting. I was embarrassed that we spoke this place up to our family, and that is the first impression they received from this ignorant man. He wasn't attentive to our needs, and when we asked him for something, it was obvious that we were disturbing him. When we came at the end of the night, he came to our table while we were ready to finish the conversation and he started to delete the table when he left out screaming Ok We spent near $800.00 at night for the ignorant and unpleasant treatment we received. In addition, the food was not what we first experienced there and will certainly not return. I would recommend to these men that if you wait the burnt-out setting some staff and stay in the kitchen. A small smile and a good service goes far. If you are looking for a warm and welcoming experience, go on.
