The staff was very friendly. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, they brought out a special dessert plate, which was very touching. It's easy to find as it is located in Tsutaya Bookstore, but the restaurant doesn't have an open atmosphere as it is separate from the bookstore. It would be nice if it was more calm and relaxing.
