Kfc - Ebensburg

I am very unhappy with my experience here. I ordered online. 45 minutes before pick up. I go to pick it up, no one is in line. I get there at my exact pick up time and they’re scrambling to get it done in time, (keep in mind I’m literally the only person there. they didn’t give me the cake I ordered, nor did I get my potatoes. The only thing I got was my sandwich and Mac and cheese. This Mac and cheese was not only old but made me very sick after I ate three bites of it. Look at this, you can literally see the old curled pieces of the Mac and cheese in it!!I don’t understand how ordering on the app is suppose to be faster and a better experience. My business is done here, I will be going to Burger King for now on if I need fast food for dinner.Ps: Diablo 4, why did you have to partner with kfc? Life’s so difficult now. It was chilly in there. It was only 58 outside and I swear the air conditioning was running. My food was getting cold by the end of my meal and no I wasn't talking allot, I was by myself.

We went here thinking it was open...the doors were locked. According to the hours posted on the door they should have been open. Very disappointed.

This specific location is super clean, friendly staff and nice restrooms. I had the chicken tender big box and it was great. All our orders were on point and hot.??.
