The Village Tavern - Eau Claire

Skippy is a real, the burgers were boiled absolutely amazing could not ask for more perfect service!!!!

Not happy twice got the bug and it was not cooked!!!

The burgers here are amazing! The bartenders are also the cooks, they work extremely hard and they take care of the food they serve. This is a place where you can get great food, have a lot of laughter and feel at home.

Wife and I had burgers fries and they were a generous meaty burger cooked to perfection on a toasted bun accompanied with some good fries.

Surprised us! Server/cook (owner? was awesome. Food was VERY good for a small town diner. My 10 year old can 't wait to go back for another chicken sandwich. All 6 of us ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meal thoroughly. We were a little nervous about our welcome as the place seemed mostly filled with locals grabbing a drink after work. We were made to feel very welcome and look forward to going back. Oh, and it is not called the Village Inn on the exterior of the building as Google calls it, I think it is 1 Stop Grill and Bar
