Olive Garden Italian - Eau Claire

Updated Review.Olive garden reached out to me to resolve the issues I've encountered. The effort they go through to resolve problems speaks volumes to me. Any restaurant that puts genuine effort towards improving its service is worth 5 stars. because even if they aren't now, they will certainly get there soon.

Server never asked if we’d like more soup or breadsticks, felt like she avoided our table until food came out. Not sure why it’s called unlimited when you don’t even get a chance for more.

Flood lighting provides police station like glare in faces. Server and manager state they cannot fix it. Delicious food, nice decor.

Hadn't been to an Olive Garden for several years after a couple not so great experiences in the Cities area.We decided to try this Eau Claire location and have to say it was one of the best meals we have had out since the pandemic ended.Server (Jordan ?sp) was great with perfect timing and flow of service.Fried Calamari app was tasty. Ice teas were all tasty for the guys (flavored and regular). I had a nice red blend wine from Italy.We all had pastas with the salad and bread sticks that still taste amazing. Chocolate Mousse Cake to top it off with four forks to share made for a perfect finish.We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

This is a very good Olive Garden and we frequent it often. Sometime eating in and other times do carryout. This visit was very good. We told them we had an appointment and they were very courteous, prompt and got us served with time to spare. We highly recommend it.
