Fuji Sushi Steak House - Eau Claire

The food was good. They don't take reservations, and I guess they're just like everyone, so we've been waiting pretty much when we arrived with our family of eight. We expected this and were fine with it, but as soon as we sat, it was 20 minutes waiting and I had to find a waiter and request water, as it was quite dry there. Once we had service, it was a nice experience, although it was quite loud that was a little rough for people who are sensitive to noise.

We sat in the sushi bar and the sushi cook was very nice and friendly. He spoke to us and explained the various things we could see. Our server was attentive, but not angry. The sushi was good and very generous. There was no great choice but a good choice.

Loved the experience, the time was fun and we had a good laugh. Will definitely come back, little expensive, but it's totally worth it. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. Many different options to try with different combinations.

One of my favorite restaurants in Eau Claire. From Sushi to Hibachi you will love it. The hibachi cooks are always fun and super nice and the entire staff is great. They are clean and fast and I highly recommend visiting on birthdays! Make sure to eat enough people to get the $25 gift card!

Fast and friendly service. Very much enjoy the lighting and the booths in this establishment, the lighting is bright enough to eat but low with dark colors which is nice. Booths are comfy and roomy. Servers and hosts very friendly and attentive it helps to go when it's not very busy, everything is better. Food can be a bit pricey depending on what you get, but they have some of the best sushi rolls in town, and definitely the best on that end of town that I've experienced. Can get a bit loud when it's busy or if you're seating by the hibachi grill, which is fantastic and you do not have to be seated there to order from there.
