Dunkin' - Eau Claire

Love this location! Friendly service. Donuts always fresh. No matter how busy the line always moves fast in the morning for drive thru! I get my morning Iced Coffee with an extra shot of Expresso and whipped foam on top

The drive-thru line was at least ten deep when I arrived and I almost didn't stop. The wait was less than five minutes. They looked to be under-staffed, but they were working their butts off and serving with a smile. Phenomenal iced coffee and pumpkin donuts. My favorite Dunkin' in EC.

The coffee was as always good and the customer service was excellent! what a friendly and bubble group of people.

Don’t order their sandwiches. They are overpriced and not even that good. every time I order one, they usually tell me to drive to the front to wait for the sandwich. Ive had two really bad experiences. The first time, I waited over 15+ min for a sandwich. Then another time I waited 10 min for a sandwich AND I had to go inside to grab the sandwich myself. They didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. The guy just handed me my sandwich while looking away from me. I didn’t go inside angry either. There were plenty of staff in there at the time so idk why someone couldn’t help me. I know things get busy and they may be short staffed (although at the time there were 5 people working that I saw and not many customers inside the store or in drive thru). But they need to do a better job with the customers waiting on them. Otherwise PLEASE DONT tell me to wait at the front if you’re not going to give me my food.
