Chipotle Mexican Grill - Eau Claire

This review going down soon because this the only way to get the word out bout chipotlane cuz the app is garbage and u can?t rate individual orders. Walk inside and wait for food, save yourself the time. Portion sizes are half when you order online and it?s not even funny. It?s a new place so I?ll give em some slack but come on

Had lunch with a friend. As always they were quick and listened as we ordered. One down side was that the taco shells were broken, however the did not hesitate to replace them. Great work!

Very disappointed in portion sizes. Sometime the bowl is full. Other times it looks to be half the amount of food. On two occasions I believe there were bones in the food. Ordered as takeout. Picked up in drive through. Better consistency at the location near Oakwood mall.

The barbaque was all fatty and nasty. Chips were chewy. Drove 5 mins home and containers were soaked threw. Very unhappy after spendy almost 60 bucks.

This is BY FAR the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They give you the smallest portions I?ve ever seen. I ordered a steak burrito and the steak was being cut so the girl grabbed a 4 oz portion cup and filled it and put it on the burrito. It was like 7 pieces of steak and I said to her ?that seems a little light? and she said ?that?s our normal serving size?. No attempt to make the customer happy. Trash service, and you?re only gonna get about half of a burrito from this place.
