Chipotle - Eau Claire

I have visited many Chipotle restaurants while traveling, but this one was the worst. The food preparation area was a chaotic mess, with ingredients from different dishes spilling into each other and no effort to correct it. I found cheese pieces in my guacamole, among other issues. However, the most unpleasant experience was when I ordered a burrito with sofritas (the vegan soy-based filling Chipotle offers). The woman serving me seemed irritated when I requested the sofritas, as if she did not approve. She then added something to my bowl without explaining or apologizing. It felt like a passive-aggressive jab, and I do not appreciate editorializing when I order something from the menu.

Large staff that will give eating size portions, but the chips are often stale

What bothered me the most, however, was the unfriendly attitude I received when I politely ordered a burrito bowl with sofritas (the vegan soy-based filling Chipotle offers). The woman working there scowled at me and rude comments like "You want tofu?" accompanied by eye-rolling. She served me my order without saying anything further. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not something anyone would want when ordering from a menu.

The staff at this restaurant is great - they serve generously sized portions. However, the chips are frequently stale.
