Iron Fork Cafe - Eatonton

Stopped in during a weekend stay on Lake Oconee. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was amazing! Abby M did a phenomenal job on assisting us with the items on the menu. My husband got the shrimp tacos, and I got the salmon. The collard greens could use a little bit more seasoning, and the salmon could have been cooked a little longer but that is just my opinion. My husband loved his shrimp tacos.

We chose Iron Fork to cater my daughter's wedding last weekend. Chelsea and her team did a wonderful job from helping us select our menu to serving at the event! Several guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food and the professionalism of the servers. I 100% recommend them!

Helen Keller could have organized this to-go better. And Ebenezer scrooge would have given more

Food is excellent! Friendly, attentive wait staff! Our last visit was a party of 10 plus an 18 month old and we received the same kind service as we do with a party of 2! Highly recommend! Fried green tomatoes are a must! Kid-friendliness: Very patient with kids!

Eaten here many times and food has been delicious. Not so, for Tuesday, August 13. I had the turkey and dressing, fried okra, and squash casserole. Very disappointed in the taste of turkey and dressing. The turkey was the sliced pieces.Dressing was bland, no dressing taste with brown gravy over it. The okra was way overcooked and hard, should have sent it back and got a new order of it.I always order fried okra, and it has alwsys been the BEST!The buttermilk pie was nothing like it used to be. Very disappointed in my food, today.
