I ordered online because the last 2 times I was here they had no hot and Ready’s available. Order showed 20-25 minutes it took 58 minutes to complete my order. 3 Kids running the store on a Friday night, looks like management should make some adjustments here Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This place is a complete disappointment, and I will never return to order a pizza here. They told me it would take 30 minutes, so I arrived to pick up my pizza after waiting for 10 minutes with no one in line to assist me. When I asked for my order, the staff wandered around for another 10 minutes, repeatedly checking the same pizzas in the display, only to inform me that they couldn't find my order. When I inquired about any "hot and ready" pizzas, one staff member pulled a pizza from the rack and asked me to look at it with my dirty hands to see if I wanted it, then simply put it back. In the end, I gave up and left. This place is far from sanitary!
