Whether it be the tiny amounts of filling in the chicken mushroom bun, red bean mochi and sesame mochi, to the poorly-dispersed fillings of the cranberry cheese bun (cheese and cranberries on opposite ends? and pineapple coconut bun (all on one side, leaving the other tasteless? . However, they at least get the tangzhong bread texture right, and are still better quality than Queen's Bakery. I would return for the top few items mentioned, especially the egg tart, which is flawless and delicious.

Bakery has been at Eastwood for a long time. I like their whole cakes especially fresh mango chocolate chestnut fruit flavour served with fresh strawberry canned mango kiwifruit), they taste light and not too sweet. The sponge layers within are moist and not dry. The whole cake is covered in cream oil based cream and not fresh whipped cream type) and in between two sponge layers is etiher fruit or cake flavour ie taro, mango etc). Cake sizes are in pounds, 1 pound is about a 6', 1.5 pound 8', 2 pound 10'. I would suggest to book the cake in advance for cakes larger than 1 pound need to pay a deposit. I think the prices are very reasonable, for 1 pound it ranges from $20 fruit, $22 chocolate, $32 for fresh mango. Apr21: chocolate cake is very light and not too sweet. Feb21: fresh mango was a big hit, very light and refreshing Jan21: Ordered a cake in fruit flavour in 2 pound size $40), as this size is not standard they asked for 50% deposit. Aimee was so helpful she emailed me the bank account details and followed up to confirm they had received the money.
