Sea Bay Hand-Made Noodle - Eastwood

Service with a smile from the time you walk in. Very attentive staff (although should be noted it was quite when we were there).Noodles were perfect!!!! I got the boiled handmade noodles with chicken, portion was generous and flavour was well balanced with out needing any additional seasoning.Fried dumplings were a little plain but well cooked and with soy were just above the average range.Spicy handmade noodles were fantastic with more than enough heat to live up to the name.Will go back again, lot of menu choices yet to try :)

My journey on seeking authentic handmade noodle place lead me here. It's simple small restaurant. Had the spicy beef noodle soup and szchuan noodle soup. The quality of the noodle was excellent. When it comes to handmade noodles, you gotta be able to see the irregular shapes and thickness throughout the noodle. So far this place is the first noodle place I've been to that served the kind of noodle. Only if my beef noodle soup wasn't so sweet, and the szchuan noodle soup wasn't overcooked, I may have given 5 starts....

Big fan of thick handmade noodles and these guys do a really good job.
