Wingstop - Easton

The service was good, and not only that the food was delicious! The manager made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Also the bathrooms were very clean. I give this place 5-stars ??Kid-friendliness: The music that was playing wasn’t old and boring. It was more modern and hip. Definitely a good selection on the music part. My son loves watching football. Which the games were playing on the big screen tv. So that was definitely a plus while we dined in. The workers made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely return for another wing stop stay lol

3 people working, took 30 minutes for wings. employees were not friendly. Food was awful. Gave us the wrong food but after waiting 30 minutes who wants to wait any longer.

Ordered pickup and upon my arrival to the store there were multiple workers in the kitchen and I taking another customer order at the front counter. I patiently waited a couple of minutes and during that time another worker exited the kitchen and came to the front counter/register area...twice. Both times she completely ignored me, the first time to joke with her coworker and the second time to take a customer order who just entered the store minutes after I was waiting. Finally the first worker completed with taking his customer's order and walked back to the kitchen, also ignoring me. During all this time, I noticed a metal shelving rack behind the front counter with a couple bags of food, which I wondered if one was mine. Then when the other worker finished taking the second customer's order she actually looked right at me then proceeded to enter the kitchen without asking if I needed help. Since no one wanted to help me or treat me like a customer, I went behind the front counter to help myself and see if my order was on the metal shelving rack. It was, so I took it and left. But ignoring customers is not a good business practice and left me with a bad taste in my mouth no matter how good the food was.

If I could give this Wingstop location more stars I would! The manager, Jojo was so fantastic at making sure we were satisfied with our meal! Everything was hot delicious! Go to this Wingstop if you are looking for a great meal friendly service!!

Go into the wing stop say the name of the order for online order am told that they are waiting on fries. grab my drink and sit in there for 8 mins. name gets called and grab my food. get home and see there's no fries. how am i going to wait on fries and not get fries
