Walmart Supercenter - Easton

Everything is clean, We found everything we were looking for, the workers are very friendly and willing to help, I love Walmart.

Saw this on a pallet with a price of $144 displayed. They charged me over $400 for it. Both managers Victoria Sherry said it was priced wrong and did not honor the price. The old bait and switch. I work in retail and if one of my employees didn’t do their job correctly I 100% would do what it takes to make the customer happy. Obviously Walmart is not hiring qualified managers bc they are so quick to say no. Sherry the store manager didn’t even come talk to me. She said since the answer is no she didn’t need to talk waste my time, after I stood there waiting for a half hr to talk to her. I worked for Sam Walton back in 1997 and I know this is not what he stood for. Very disappointed in how managers act these days. Thank you for your time.

Came here to return a couple things as well as buy a couple things. Had no problem returning my items, but finding what I needed was pretty difficult. This Walmart is huge and it felt like I was in a labyrinth.

Completely changed. Neat. Like the mannequins. One issue.... the Halloween and Fall Harvest were all clearance. Signs said 75% off. Walmart app was SO OFF scanning everything. Some were regular price, some were 50% off, some 75% and others 90%. Then when we find candy, it was only 50% yet was in the clearance and with 75% off signs. Then 2 Fall items did not have a price and 3 workers later a manager comes over and guesses a price. We waited kindly 30 minutes. So in reality, a pumpkin candle holder would have been over $100 for her 90% off price and the tiny one $60. This is not how you get a price for something. Extremely disappointed as I really wanted the 2 ceramic pumpkins for Thanksgiving but wasn't getting ripped off. They should have been looked up in seasonal or housewares and priced accordingly to sale which was actually 90% off. Oh well, still got some nice Fall decor for Thanksgiving for my parents.

I am just so confused on customer service here. It's awful. The lady said well is 6am. It's actually 6:45. And if your open for business then be open for business. Walmart didn't come find you for the job. Sorry to say the lack of communication skills from most the staff is terrible. This store should shutdown and revamp how they conduct business and take care of customers.
