Genesis Restorante - Easton

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I ordered a dish from the menu, and they prepared it perfectly. The staff consistently checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and kept my drinks refilled. I had the paprika mushroom shrimp pizza, which was delicious, and the rest of the meals also came out great. The portion sizes were generous. While there was a bit of a wait for the food, I appreciate that good, fresh meals take time. The complimentary salsa and chips were fresh and tasty as well.

We were set on trying Genesis when we discovered the neighboring restaurant was unavailable, and we're so glad we did. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious. The pizza in the picture was a medium size, but it was comparable to a large at any other pizzeria.
