Dq Grill Chill - Eastman

I visited on 2/26. Customer service and food service was awesome! Thanks the staff at Eastman DQ!!

The staff are friendly, the place is clean, the food is fresh and delicious. 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

Service is horrible. If customers chose to go to another DQ and they start losing money, they might consider a change.

When I purchase a blizzard, that is what I want, not a milkshake. Yes, it was just like a milkshake 2x this week. I did inquire about it being turned upside down. However, no one seemed sure of what I was talking about. The 2nd visit, I inquired again and was told they didn't want it to run out of the cup. That is the point of me buying a blizzard and not a milkshake. ?

Food does not taste fresh or good, service is bad, language barrier may be the issue. New owners.
