Must Have Kebab And Pizza - Eastleigh

I personally enjoy the pizzas and the garlic bread with mushrooms. The Caribbean burgers and cheesy chips are also delicious. My wife loves the chicken kebabs. If you're in Fair Oak and craving kebabs, pizzas, or burgers, this is the place to go.

From here ordered, then it was canceled due to the time,fair enough but took my money said I would get a refund but never, replied she did not answer, called her, but once I said about a refund for food I never said to use her the...company that deals with there refunds and they will be back to them within 48 hours, shock nothing, so my advice not disturb

I placed my order at 7:45 pm and it was delivered by 8:10 pm. The food was hot, tasty and excellent. It wasn't greasy, the salad was crispy and the kebab meat was delicious.

We ordered last night and it was a terrible experience. My child mentioned that the burgers had a strange taste and the pizzas weren't visually appealing. I couldn't understand where they sourced their paprika from, it was unusual. Even my dinner meat tasted odd. I have been familiar with the staff for years, it seemed like someone else had taken over. I'd rather throw away my $35 or find a different place to eat.

We ordered our food around 17:40, our order arrived quite promptly which was greeted by jubilant cheers by my children. We were missing an order of cheesy chips and since we ordered over 37, were expecting our FREE garlic bread with cheese which also was...missing. First of all we were accused of lying because the man on the phone, packed the bag himself and the chips were “definitely” in the bag. Well they certainly were not! The fact that this man had the audacity to accuse us of lying over a measly portion of cheesy chips, is just pathetic. Then we were refused our free garlic bread because we had a 6 discount and was unwilling to give us the free garlic bread. Apparently it says in the ‘small print’ that you are not entitled to the free food in conjunction with another deal? There is no such mention in any small print and we were clearly entitled to the garlic bread. Bottom line is, AVOID this establishment. Food was mediocre at best and the professionalism of its staff, a joke! Wouldn’t even put 1 star if didn’t have too!
