Little Caesars Pizza - Eastlake

Went into the store to place an order. Took the lady 5 minutes just to walk to the front to acknowledge me. Finally she asked what I wanted to order. I asked if I could get a pretzel crust pizza. She told me yeah but only online. I stood there dumbfounded because if I can order online why not in store. Took total of half hour to get my food. Very rude people. Will never return again. Laziness their

If it takes you an hour to make a pizza that’s fine but you should mention that before someone orders… rude workers

One pizza ordered. One hour late. One really rude worker who mentioned “pickup times don’t mean anything” lol go anywhere else if you can help

It 's been a year since I ate here. we bought 2 pizzas that were raw in the center and made me sick! I returned them and asked for a refund. I was told only a manager could refund the money and that I had to leave a number. called all week for no one to answer. I call now hoping theres different workers. online service is not working. worker answers and just says hello. I asked if I called little ceasers? as I 'm telling him the order he continues saying is that it? is that it? after every sentence! when I 'm done and I say okay I think that 's it. he says 25 minutes and hangs up! I will continue driving to Mentor on the Lake before I 'll come back to this location and I 'm within walking distance!

Love that this store was open till 10pm on a Monday night. Really saved me while I was in the process of moving!
