I had the worst dining experience ever. The chicken wings were overcooked and extremely oily, the fries were soggy, and the bun on the burger felt as hard as a rock. It felt like I was trying to bite into a brick. I definitely wasted my money. I would recommend going to McDonald's instead of this place.

I’ve had several frustrating experiences with this restaurant. I order online almost daily, but there have been multiple occasions where I lost my money. After making a payment, I receive an error message that instructs me to go to the counter. However, the staff there seem completely unaware of what’s going on. I recommend staying away from this place, or at the very least, avoiding online orders. The app and the restaurant itself lack any contact information or support for escalation.

This is the second time I've ordered the large Tropicana combo and haven't received any chips in the bag. By the time I realize it, it's too late to go back since I'm on the motorway. It makes me wonder if this is intentional.
