Mugshots - Eastbourne

We visited on Valentine's Day to watch Rita Bix, the drag queen, perform and had a fantastic evening! We were greeted with red carnations upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Mugshots in Eastbourne is truly unique, as it is not only a cafe/deli during the day but also hosts book clubs and various other events. They have a wide range of products for dogs, including raw food and toys. Kiran, the owner, gives a warm welcome to every guest and Mugshots definitely deserves a big shoutout for their fantastic service.

My husband and I decided to try out Mugshots cafe because it seemed unique and inviting. And we were not disappointed! The food and atmosphere were both exceptional. We ordered the Honey Soya sauce Chicken, Quinua Barley with courgettes, and shared a stuffed red pepper - all of which were delicious. We couldn't resist taking home two pieces of homemade cake, a vegan chocolate and strawberry cake, and a Victoria sponge, both of which were divine. The cafe was warm and welcoming, with the owner Kiren being friendly and talkative, and the chef for the day, Dorota (of Dorota's Delicious Food), was cheerful and lively. The scents of continental and Mediterranean cuisine were delightful and reminded us of our travels abroad. Overall, a fantastic experience that we can't wait to repeat.

I had a delicious bacon sandwich and a great cup of coffee at this restaurant. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it, as the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful atmosphere, great love to detail, owners beautiful and courteous and the mini muts love all welcoming rugged can not wait to go back; the brunch was beautiful!
