After living in Eastbourne for the last 11 years, we have often passed by Flamenco Restaurant and thought we must have a meal there one day. That day finally arrived on Mother's Day. I must say, I am disappointed it took us so long to walk through the door, but it was definitely worth it. The food was excellent, and we were impressed by the generous portions. Drawing from our experiences with Spanish cuisine in Spain, this was an authentic culinary experience - the ingredients were top-notch, freshly cooked, and served promptly. We paired our meal with a bottle of Spanish sauvignon blanc, which was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, the dining experience was very satisfying in terms of portion size and quality. The atmosphere was also great, and the waitstaff was attentive and professional. We will definitely be returning. ¡Muchas gracias!
