Domino's Pizza - Eastbourne

The restaurant delivered the incorrect pizza and then attempted to blame me for the mistake because I ordered through the app. The replacement pizza took an hour to arrive, with the delivery driver mistakenly knocking on the wrong door twice. Instead of calling for directions, he left after knocking on the wrong door. To top it off, the pizza was cold.

The waitress who served us was extremely rude, slamming our food and drinks down on the table when we ordered. Despite our kindness and politeness, she was unpleasant. She could definitely benefit from some retraining. The food was good, but unfortunately she got our order wrong.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant, which I have used frequently in the past without any issues with the food or service. Unfortunately, today the food arrived on time, but to our dismay, it was all cold. One of the pizzas was even burnt. This experience was very disappointing and a waste of money.

I ordered from Dominos Eastbourne town takeaway today and the pizza was disgusting. It was very burnt and poorly made. I convinced the employees to remake the burnt pizza they were rude and had poor hygiene. The second pizza was exactly the same burnt, black...and extremely greasy and salty. The decline in standard is clearly a reflection on the current management at Dominos Pizza Eastbourne town because Dominos pizza used to be delicious.

At first we fancied TA than delivery to save some time so after I placed my order piece of hot wings and garlic bread,they gave me minute . I agreed. But after a minute of waiting and all the staff were...looking at me I stand and I told them I would like to cancel my order because it been minute .after that the manager said sorry you can't cancel it because your order is ready and been forgotten on the shelve. I took it and arrived home with cold food which I put in to the bun. Baaaaad service Never come back again
