Five Guys - East Windsor

I'm sorry, I'm a supplier that helps guests eat at 4:30 this afternoon. But the business staff gave two less sodas because the customer was a good person. can the staff take this seriously?

Was very pleasantly surprised. My first time at a Five Guys burgers and fries. Was much more than I expected. Bacon cheese burger was made to order fresh right in front of me. Not frozen or premade and waiting on a warmer. Also tasted like better meat. Definitely thicker patties. Fries were also fresh. Thicker cut than a fast food place. Taster as well. Soda was bottomless from a fountain. Serve yourself. Really surprising thing was free peanuts. Fill cup and take to your table. The atmosphere was designed to look like old 50s malt shoppe. Was overall a really good experience and a tasty filling meal. Was more pricey than a fast food restaurant, but was also way above those quality wise. Would definitely go again. Recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet.

Actual 3.7,, I will change my rating in a couple months depending how good they do, Im comparing this Five Guys to establish ones in Maryland,, unfortunate this did not compare some,, for some reason some of the fries was burn and the bread bun was not the same quality, to me, as, other Five Guy. I'm happy for our Five Guys in Hightstown, hopefully we don't screw it up,, Like the disaster of Kentucky Fried Chicken and the not close Smashburger

TLDR: Service took over 1/2 hour for food I just wanted to start by saying I love five guys and the food I got on 4/23 was on point and that's the only reason I rated them two stars. I also ate in this particular place a while ago without problems. Below is a picture of my reception that I am waiting for my food and the timestamp. At 7:31 my order was placed and at 7:57 I had not received my food yet. I usually would have eaten at this place. It's good that you take care of a good day. I have been working in retail for over a decade, including in food service, and generally give workers the advantage of doubt when it comes to a slow service, but that was just terrible. I have ZERO indication of what they did, and obviously not. They often exchanged workstations, disputed and clearly overwhelmed (there was no line or haste, but somehow the whole dining room filled with people waiting for food). I don't know if it was everyone?s first day on the job (clearly not) or if they all wanted to stop, but no one knew what they did, which commands were first or last, or how to work together. I never had to make a review, but this poor service warned it. Hopefully, who checks this account, sees it and fixes it. This is my main goal with this post, along with warning others.

Fantastic when you're drunk or high or recover from bad migraines. But super fat and not for daily consumption.
