Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd

The Hungry Jacks restaurant lived up to its promises. It was clean, with friendly and well-trained staff (particularly great to see young staff being trained), and the burgers were delicious. A great spot for a convenient lunch option.

I sometimes dine at KFC or McDonald's, but I have eaten at Hungry Jack's twice and both times I ended up getting sick. I'm not sure if Hungry Jack's uses different oils or what the issue is, but in my experience, the food at this place doesn't taste like typical fast food. The staff at Hungry Jack's appear to be friendly.

Service is good but the beverages need improvement.Asked for a cup of tea and when it was finally made it was half cold. Returned to the counter and informed the staff and the shift /manager? listened to my request to make it hotter. After a...short time it was returned to me and when I sat down to finish my meal the tea was still cold.!! The food is great, well served but the hot beverages need to be hot. Whilst understanding there may be a customer service temperature check in place this wasn't even 65 degreesF.

The staff is friendly, but could be more enthusiastic. The service is quick and the food is typical for a chain restaurant. The onion rings were a bit overcooked, but everything else was fine.

This Hungry Jacks outlet has been here for a long time and serves a decent Burger meal. Usually for a quick lunch when in Wagga. The service is good and meals are fresh. The dining area is usually well maintained, but the bathroom facilities could be a little attention.
