Red Rooster - East Victoria Park

Horrendous customer service! Ordered a chicken, 1.5L drink, gravy and chips combo for delivery. Ordered chicken cut into 8 pieces (as per their options). Left VERY clear instructions for the driver (black car and black motorcycle in driveway the only one on my street). Driver came past. Missed my (the only lit driveway) 3 4 times until I walked out to the road to flag him down. Driver pulled up, handed me a bag out the window and drove off. Immediately realised that my drink was missing, but driver was now 50m up the road and gone. Got inside and found the chicken (to be shared) was not cut as asked. Fortunately I can cut a chicken up. Contacted the restaurant to complain (website only option) but got no reply, so had to drive to the shop to get a drink. Tried contacting the shop on two occasions to report the issue and have been ignored (had no response) both times. This is REALLY poor customer service. Messing up the order is one thing and understandable, but the driver effectively tossing the food at me and driving off before I could check and the failure to even respond to my complaint/request for a call to discuss is reprehensible. The order was placed directly with the store, so they can’t even blame the driver’s unprofessional delivery on being ‘an Uber Eats’ partner issue or similar, he was one of their own.

If you are on tight budget and looking for a fast food deal then red rooster is the place. I had rippa value deal which was of 5 bucks only. It comes with a mini burger fries and a soft drink.

Picked up a hot chook. Asked if they had the mashy balls. They said they no longer do them which was disappointing

Lunch time midweek they did not have the type of rippa sandwich that I wanted and the staff member was very difficult to understand when explaining the situation. Had a chicken and chips instead and although fresh had some sweet taste to it in places. The inside dining area was also very dirty with food scraps on the floor and one of tables. Also the cold water tap in mens room did not have a handle so it could not be used.

Mănânc o mulțime de cocoș roșu și nu am avut niciodată o masă decentă din acest magazin de la Victoria Park. Aseară am cumpărat un pachet tropicana și chiar nu știu ce a mers prost. Jet-urile au fost tubulare, dar au gustat ca niște chipsuri vechi vechi de o zi. N-am experimentat niciodată chips-uri de cocoș roșu degustarea acestui teribil înainte, astfel încât felicitări Red Cocos Orient Victoria Park pentru memoria pe care nu cred că aș putea uita vreodată.
