The parking lot and the area leading up to the entrance are filthy, with litter, wrappers, and tissues scattered everywhere. When you walk in, it feels really awkward—no one greets you, and everyone looks quite unhappy. It seems like they always have new staff, which suggests they might have high turnover rates. The bathrooms are disgusting, and the food takes forever to arrive. I waited 20 minutes just for a drink, and my pizza was forgotten when I ordered it just a minute before arriving. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for one pizza. I’ve completely stopped going here; I only grab a coffee now and leave because I don’t have time to sit around waiting for food and drinks as if it were a normal restaurant. I used to spend hundreds of dollars here each week, but now it’s down to maybe $10 a week. The wait times at the register are ridiculous; I’ve stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me before I have to ask if anyone is even working. Overall, it’s a terrible place and no longer what it used to be. We just stopped there for gas. There were issues at two pumps. I went in and started to ask an employee but was rudely told to give her a minute. I stood there as she moved food from one side of the aisle to the other 3 times. I walked out. Neither employee stopped me. I even paused at the door and looked back. Nothing!!
