Royal Harris - East Staffordshire

This restaurant was terrible. No one acknowledged our request to send the dish back. The set menu only consisted of oily pork in Hong Kong style with a small amount of sauce that was separating. The lettuce provided for wrapping was not a leaf. The only thing we ended up eating was the rice.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant with fantastic service and delicious, fresh meals. Despite our initial skepticism when we saw it was not crowded on a Saturday night, we were pleasantly surprised. The concept of an a la carte buffet, where you can order as much as you want from the menu with some limitations on the number of items at a time, was great. The staff, especially the ladies serving us, were wonderful. There were plenty of options for our vegan friends, and the food was exceptionally fresh and hot. The deep fried aubergine with chili was a standout dish that we all loved. The ice cream dessert was also delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience.

As soon as their spicy egg fried rice touched my mouth, I was in heaven . MUST TRY!!

Such friendly and welcoming service. Food was excellent quality and they willingly adapted dishes for dietary personal preferences. Food presentation was great and quality of food excellent.

What a shame, had meals and takeaways from this restaurant on numerous occasions, however the take away we had tonight was not good, the crispy duck and ribs were both extremely dry, overcooked, and that hard they were inedible. Complained any money was refunded, but these items should never have been sent out. Surely a restaurant lives and dies on the quality of its food, sorry to say we won’t be using it again
