Perfect nights stay, it's like a home from home and the hosts are fantastic everything is what you would want

Lovely bnb, only 20mins away from Alton Towers. Would highly recommend. Stayed in the family room which consisted of two rooms and one bathroom. One room had a double and the other two singles. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, as were the hosts, and they made a great recommendation for eating locally at a pub (Butchers Arms, Barnshall). Would defo stay again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed here after visiting Alton Towers, it is close enough to be convenient yet far enough that you are away from the traffic, it was around 15-20 mins away from the resort. The hosts are genuinely lovely people who let us check in early and our room was clean and tidy. The hosts are strict about noise after dinner time which means that you can't hear a pindrop! The breakfast was lovely and you put in your order the night before, it was served quickly and professionally however the hotel still has a sense of warmth and care towards those who are staying. Absolutely exceptional hotel, genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Right from booking the customer service was fantastic. We were due to attend a wedding in Uttoxeter Town Centre at 1530 on Saturday 27.08.2022 and wanted to get showered and changed after a long drive. Although check in was normally later in the day, David pre-arranged an early check in and were were able to take our room from 1300. On arrival, first impressions were 'wow ' a beautiful property in a lovely location. Plenty of parking and a lovely reception from David. Our room was beautiful. Bright and airy, spotlessly clean with a fabulous en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities, TV hair dryer etc. The bed was so comfortable and the carpet thick and soft. David asked us to pre-order breakfast for the following morning (as he liked to make sure he had all ingredients) and also an approximate time we would expect to be down. Unfortunately we arrived back to the Olive Tree too late in the evening to take advantage of the bar area. After a very comfortable and sung night 's sleep we went down to breakfast at our allocated time. Rebecca offered us cereals, yogurts as well as our cooked breakfast with fresh orange or apple juice and toast. The breakfast was beautiful, I can 't imagine how to describe how good it was was, fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, good quality sausage and bacon and the perfect fried egg along with mushrooms, beans and hash brown. Perfect. We can 't recommend this place enough and should we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely rebook and hopefully stay a little longer as there appeared to be lots to do in the area. Very pleasant stay in a nice location. The bedroom had character but was very clean. The bed comfortable which was handy as we walked miles. The breakfast was excellent. One of the best I’ve had. David and Rebecca were very hospitable and would happier stay again if in the area.
