Captain D's - East Saint Louis

Always a delicious treat. This is a great restaurant in a terrible neighborhood however.

What never wait a chance to order I was the only car in the drive thru. Never eat again.

It says online that it is closed at 10 a.m., but I just went at 19:58 a.m. and they informed me that they are closed! I'm confused what the right information is? Update-@owner has just submitted my information online

When I went to the door, the lady went to the checkout as if she would take my order, her phone ringed and she went in the middle of me and told her what I wanted and answered her phone. once I finally put my order I waited for 30 minutes for a meal and there were only 1 other customers in the restaurant and no 1 in the passage I saw my food sitting on the counter for at least 15 minutes While the cashier went and got ice on her phone spoke and went and got cups When I asked her if this was my food on the counter, she looked at me and told me to give her a minute, she will bring it to me and only a second my food was lukewarm, only a terrible experience as I ordered the grilled white fish meal and my rice was so hard that it seemed uncooked and literally felt like I had shot my living rice in the counter. I'll never go back to the captain.

I had to wait forever for cold fish. Fish looked like frozen fish sticks. However, fish sticks taste just a little better. I paid $17.00 for this food that was hard to eat. Very disappointed. Shame on you Captain D's. #Refund me my money ?. I give you -1 stars.
