Have eaten Sunday lunch numerous times but first time for evening meal. Plenty of choices. All food piping hot and plentiful. Never disappoints !!

After noticing the sign during our last visit to the area, we decided to stop by for lunch. We had a delightful meal with great drinks and service. We were too full to order dessert, but couldn't resist taking home a portion of the homemade bread and butter pudding. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning in the future.

A wonderful peaceful experience. Comfortable room delicious food for breakfast evening meals. Ample portions nicely presented. Well kept beers very friendly hosts. Love the remote location the rural setting close to interesting church. Good car parking facilities free WiFi. Thank you for a lovely two day break.

We were warmly welcomed to the charming village pub with delicious food and refreshing drinks. My husband enjoyed the posh fish finger sandwich, while I savored the homemade lamb and mint pie. The staff were friendly and made us and our little yorkie feel right at home. It was a delightful dining experience at this lovely little pub.
